In Siracusa, Sicily, facing the sea of the Isle of Ortigia you’ll find the MedFlats, wider studios ideal for 2+1 people.
All located between the romantic Lungomare Alfeo and the Castello Maniace, they are one-big-roomed climatizated studios with little kitchen, bathroom, TV and balcony.
The zone is pretty touristic so offering all the needed services as well as pubs and characteristic restaurants.
The Aretusa's Fontain, the Duomo, the Maniace Castle, Apollo Temple, are simply reachable in only a few minutes walking.
In the summer the main 'lidi' (shores) of the isle are so close to make possible a sea-bath even in the center of the city.

Alfeo flat is different from the Aretusa one as the bedroom is in a loft (by a winding staircase) with a relaxing sea view from the bed !
